I am originally from Spain, studied biology and work as a consultant for a pharmaceutical company. Now I have been living here in Switzerland for 6 years.

My first tattoo is Darwin’s sketch of the famous tree of life. I completed it with a bird sitting on a branch because I studied ornithology and therefore it was important to me. After my first tattoo I was surprised that the pain during the stitching is not as strong as I expected and I like the result. Therefore, I decided to get another one.., another one.., and another one. I searched for tattoo artists in Zurich and finally met Sheena. After seeing her work, I knew, “Yes, this is the artist I want to book for the next tattoo!” Thus, I already have two tattoos from her and when I look at you, I must say that the first is a little more special than the second.

Then the next project began with a friend where I saw a very endearing quote that said, “On sunny days, sunflowers follow the sun. On cloudy days, they turn to each other to share their energy.” We loved this quote so much that the sunflower became a symbol of our friendship. We kept giving each other gifts with a sunflower motif until we came up with the ultimate idea of getting a friendship tattoo with a sunflower. Now I knew directly that I would like to make an appointment for this friendship tattoo with Sheena, because I am very fascinated by your art. I contacted Sheena and received directly an appointment for the meeting as well as for the stabbing of the friendship tattoo on the ankle. My dear friend lives in Spain and since she wanted to get the friendship tattoo from Sheena, she came to me in Switzerland, because she was very satisfied with the result. I had made an appointment with Sheena for you, so everything was planned. Now we both have our beloved sunflower tattoo, which symbolizes our friendship for years!
